Plans for Four Corners Phase Four are currently under development. This phase will have an outdoor community center and some enhanced landscaping features.
Four Corners Phase Three opened
in the fall of 2007 and consists of sixteen 1 to 1.5 acre lots. Only a limited number of lots in Phase Three remain available.
Phase Three is located to the east and south of Phase Two, near the intersection of Westridge Park and Northridge Park.
Four Corners Phase Two offers a total of twenty-three lots, many with creek access at the rear of the property. While there are some one-acre sites, most range in size from 3.5 to 9 acres. Lots of five acres or more are considered especially desirable since deed covenants allow for two horses on five-acre parcels.Phase Two is located south of Phase One, near the intersection of Westridge Park and Southcreek Park.
Four Corners Phase One has enjoyed great success since its launching in the fall of 2006. Buyers have included young families seeking to build their first home, custom homebuilders, retired couples, individuals planning for retirement and investors.
The lot size in Phase ranges from 1 to 3.5 acres, with the average lot size being
1 acre. Of the original thirty-five lots offered for sale only a limited number currently remain available.
Phase One is located on the north side
of the Four Corners community, near
the main entrance, right off of U.S.
Highway 190.
